Total Fitouts Sutherland Shire, led by Al Bitic and his team, recently completed a commercial wellness and beauty fitout project for The Fit Injector Clinic located in Bondi Junction. The aim was to transform an empty commercial tenancy into a visually appealing space with a neutral colour palette complemented by a pink theme. The Fit Injector Clinic specialises in medical-grade treatments with a focus on natural, subtle results, combining cosmetic injectables, skin treatments, and skincare to deliver exceptional outcomes.

The wellness & beauty shop fitout encompassed several areas within the clinic, including a reception area, an inviting waiting area, multiple treatment rooms, amenities, and a small kitchenette. The design objective was to create a vibrant pink branded space while maintaining a minimalistic aesthetic to establish a soothing and visually pleasing environment. The design collaboration involved the expertise of the Total Fitouts Sutherland Shire team, renowned for their excellence in wellness and beauty fitouts.

The front section of the fitout featured floor-to-ceiling windows adorned with stunning sheer curtains, allowing ample natural light to illuminate the reception area. The reception area consisted of a large curved ceiling with a bespoke counter underneath. The counter incorporated pink curved VJ panelling with integrated LED lights following the curved design, complemented by a light marble countertop. This space served as a welcoming area for guests to check-in and relax. Comfortable white seating and merchandise displays featured a custom indented wall arch display with timber and LED lighting. A feature wall with matching pink curved VJ panelling was created to establish cohesiveness with the reception desk. Additionally, a plant feature wall and LED custom signage enhanced the overall aesthetics.

Al and his team of skilled carpenters executed a high-quality shop fitout for each treatment room at The Fit Injector Clinic. The focus was on delivering a luxurious and comfortable experience for clients. Premium pink treatment chairs were carefully selected and installed to ensure optimal comfort and support during treatments. To create an inviting and well-lit environment, strategic placement of backsplash lighting with ample lights was implemented. This lighting setup not only enhances the functionality of the treatment rooms but also adds a touch of sophistication.

A light pink tiled splashback was incorporated into the design to harmonise with the clinic’s pink theme, creating a cohesive and visually appealing aesthetic. White sheer curtains were installed in the treatment rooms, providing clients with a sense of privacy while adding a soft and textural element to the space.”

Behind the scenes, Al and his skilled team of professionals paid attention to detail in installing elegant copper amenities that complimented the light pink tiled splashback. These carefully chosen fixtures not only provide functionality but also contribute to the overall aesthetic of the space. To enhance the visual impact and create a sense of luxury, large round mirrors with a beautiful gold finish were added, not only serving a practical purpose but also tying in with the copper amenities, creating a cohesive design. In line with the wellness & beauty fitout branding and design concept, Al and his team added gold handles to the cabinetry and pink doors were installed, further enhancing the cohesive pink theme and adding a touch of elegance to the space.
