Square Massage & Acupuncture Noosa

Total Fitouts Sunshine Coast South has successfully transformed an empty commercial space into a modern and soothing wellness and beauty centre for Square Massage & Acupuncture Noosa. This project was undertaken with the goal of creating an environment that fosters relaxation, holistic well-being, and exceptional customer care.

Square Massage & Acupuncture Noosa specialises in offering a holistic approach to stress reduction, improved circulation, and comprehensive body care. Their team of experienced and certified practitioners is dedicated to helping clients embark on a journey towards pain and injury management while promoting overall wellness.

The project scope of works included the shopfit included the comprehensive redesign and fitout of the commercial space, comprising a main reception area, multiple treatment rooms, foot massage space and essential amenities. The interior design concept revolves around aligning the aesthetic to the client’s original clinic that was previously designed and built by Total Fitouts. A calming and neutral colour palette, featuring light timbers, soft beige hues, textured coastal render and tasteful brass accents. This design not only aligns with the Square Massage & Acupuncture’s brand but also contributes to a refreshed and serene ambience. Creating a connection between the clients two clinics on the Sunshine Coast.

The front section of the wellness and beauty fitout was strategically designed to make a memorable first impression. It boasts white tiling complemented by timber cladding on the bulkhead above. Custom LED signage and a brand display screen are incorporated to enhance visibility and brand recognition. A graceful brass pendant light is suspended directly above the reception desk, positioned immediately to the left of the entrance. The reception desk itself features more timber cladding for an over all harmonious connection throughout the space.  The remaining reception area offers comfortable neutral seating and a central wall adorned with timber outlining and white subway tiling, further contributing to the calming atmosphere.

The hallways leading to the treatment rooms feature timber flooring, with the central wall trim continuing from the reception area. Circular globe wall lights with elegant brass hardware, coupled with abundant ceiling lights, create a well-lit and inviting atmosphere throughout. White sliding doors, complemented by brass hardware, were chosen to optimise space and ensure easy access to the treatment rooms. A white sheer curtain, strategically placed behind an open arched doorway at the end of the hallway, adds a layer of privacy for staff while maintaining the overall serene ambience of the space.

The treatment rooms are designed for both comfort and functionality. Each room features comfortable timber chairs for consultations and high-quality massage beds with white and brass tones, aligning with the broader aesthetic. To complete the overall ambience, greenery in the form of plants and small wooden and gold accents are thoughtfully placed throughout, adding a touch of vibrancy and contrast to the neutral walls and decor.
