Al Bitic and the Total Fitouts Sutherland Shire team worked with the owner of Parajuli to create a fresh, private functional clinic.

The Parajuli project scope was to design and fit out a private, neutral clinic with a calm flow for patients. The existing commercial space was defitted and transformed to create a welcoming reception area, private waiting spaces, and treatment rooms with sliding panels to open and close the multifunctional space. The design included masculine navy cabinetry, wooden features, built-in storage, treatment beds and workstations. Oversized tiles were  selected for the high traffic floor covering. Neutral bathroom and kitchen fixtures and finishes were used to brighten the space and add functionality and practicality.

Lighting, branded signage, comfortable chairs, and screens were added to enhance customer experience. The team worked closely with the owners to deliver a welcoming, warm space for its male clientele.

The deliverables consisted of the defit the existing commercial space. The Total Fitouts Sutherland Shire team efficiently and safely removed the previous fixtures, fittings, and finishes from the commercial space, preparing it for the new fitout. The shopfitters designed a private, neutral clinic with a calm flow for patients by working closely with the owners and design partners. The team developed a design concept that prioritised privacy and created a serene and inviting environment for patients. The layout and flow of the clinic were carefully planned to ensure a calm and comfortable experience. Installation of navy cabinetry, wooden features, built-in storage, and workstations was installed throughout the clinic. This provided functional storage solutions and creating a cohesive and stylish look. Wooden features were incorporated to add warmth and natural beauty to the space. Workstations were thoughtfully designed and installed to optimise efficiency and productivity.
