Total Fitouts Brisbane Inner North recently undertook a remarkable commercial hospitality fit out for Oscar Bar and Eats, located in the vibrant area of Victoria Point, near a bustling shopping centre. The fitout was asked to showcase a modern Asian fusion cuisine with a hint of Hamptons-inspired charm, creating a unique dining experience for patrons.

The scope of the project included the commercial interior design and construction of various elements, such as a commercial kitchen, seating areas, bar area, storage, and office administration space. Notable design features include a custom-made bar area with a steelwork gantry fabricated to a striking gold colour, as well as integrated LED lighting into floated recessed arched niche spaces.

The style and mood of Oscar Bar and Eats reflect a perfect blend of contemporary elegance and classic sophistication. Featuring arches, brass accents, and trim, the space exudes an air of timeless charm, while integrated LED lighting adds a touch of modernity. The open bar area, adorned with ceiling features like hanging fake plants, creates a welcoming ambience reminiscent of a coastal retreat. Warwick fabric benches and vinyl timber floorboards contribute to the overall aesthetic, enhancing the comfort and visual appeal of the space.

Collaborating with suppliers and commercial designers such as ABI Interiors, Wood Panel Centre, Tarkett Flooring, Black Hawk Metals, and Stone 3, Total Fitouts Brisbane Inner North ensured that every aspect of the commercial fitout met the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Despite facing challenges such as a tight time frame and budget constraints, the project was completed efficiently and effectively. With a design phase of two weeks and a fit out period of three weeks, totalling five weeks, Total Fitouts Brisbane Inner North delivered a stunning space that perfectly captures the essence of Oscar Bar and Eats’ vision.
