The aim of the fitout was to transform an empty commercial tenancy into a modern and calming space, providing a serene environment for clients seeking mental health solutions.

The project’s scope included creating a welcoming reception area, a comfortable waiting area, multiple treatment rooms, a kitchenette, and amenities. Mind Health Solutions’ interior design concept focused on using wood and light grey tones to create a calming, warm environment that helps clients feel relaxed and at ease while maintaining a modern touch. The fitout design was meticulously planned in collaboration with external designers, with the fitout itself executed by the experienced team at Total Fitouts Brisbane Inner South.

Upon entering, clients are greeted by a spacious waiting area featuring white felt walls and light stone floor tiling, establishing a clean and inviting atmosphere. A bespoke timber seating booth, adorned with blue cushion covers adds a refreshing pop of colour, providing ample seating for clients. A line of strategically placed plants atop the seating adds a touch of nature to the environment. 

Ash Samuel, lead estimator at Total Fitouts Brisbane Inner South says, “The reception counter, featuring timber VJ panelling and a white benchtop, exudes a modern aesthetic. A large circular pendant light elevated the space, enhancing the overall ambience. The transition to the wooden Herringbone Parquet pattern flooring set the tone for the rest of the fitout.”

The Total Fitouts Brisbane Inner South team delivered a high-quality medical fitout featuring wood timber and neutral features, with well-considered pops of navy for a contemporary and calming atmosphere. In the office and treatment rooms, a textured light grey carpet was selected to further enhance the sense of comfort and ease for clients. Light grey walls complement comfortable couches and chairs, while pops of sage, deep greens, navy, white, and deep orange in cushions, greenery, and decor add vibrance to the space. Large bespoke wooden cabinetry, thoughtfully placed for extra storage, and wooden coffee tables and furniture seamlessly tie into the medical fitout’s colour palette theme.
