The fitout transformed an empty commercial space into a modern and versatile medical and fitness facility. Kinematics offers a comprehensive range of healthcare services, including physiotherapy, osteopathy, podiatry, myotherapy, remedial massage, and biomechanical analysis. The focus is on delivering a collaborative and personalised experience tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.

The scope of work encompassed various essential areas, including a welcoming reception area, comfortable waiting area, multiple treatment rooms, and amenities such as change rooms, a sauna, a training area, and a kitchenette. Total Fitouts Malvern executed the fitout with careful attention to detail and precision, turning the blank canvas into a warm and inviting space.

Upon entering the commercial medical fitout, guests are greeted by a stylish reception counter with subway grey tiling, adorned with a speckled concrete floor to withstand foot traffic. Behind the counter, custom warm wooden cabinetry is thoughtfully placed, surrounded by black structural panels. The open ceiling design adds an industrial touch to the space, enhancing the overall sense of openness and spaciousness. Comfortable grey seating in the waiting area complements the greenery placed around, adding pops of colour to the neutral palette.

The fitout expertly blends concrete walls, industrial-like structural elements, and a neutral colour scheme to create a functional yet visually appealing environment. In the training gym space, black rubber flooring ensures durability and ease of movement. The high ceilings and a garage-like door contribute to the airy and well-lit ambience, while custom plant beds add a touch of natural beauty. The hallway between rooms features black industrial structures, maintaining a seamless flow throughout the fitout.

The treatment rooms boast a green feature wall and retain the concrete flooring to maintain consistency with the reception area. Simple and elegant decor, along with high-quality treatment chairs and equipment, ensure a comfortable and efficient experience for clients. The amenities echo the design elements seen throughout, with white subway tiling and a green feature wall. Circular horizontal and vertical mirrors, accompanied by fun circular light bulb lights, contribute to the aesthetic charm. Grey curtains offer privacy within the changing rooms. To complete the space, ample lighting and well-placed greenery further enhance the inviting atmosphere of the fitout.
