The fitout was designed with a bold colour palette consisting of red and yellow, complemented by neutral walls and flooring.

The scope of the commercial hospitality fitout encompassed creating a dynamic and functional space, including a welcoming entry area, a comfortable dining section, a fully equipped kitchen, and essential amenities. The hospitality fitout aimed to exude the essence of Spitz Kebabs, providing an enjoyable and memorable dining experience for its customers. At the forefront of the commercial hospitality fitout lies the visually striking facade, featuring custom LED signage in vibrant red and yellow hues, instantly captivating passersby. The entrance is designed to welcome guests into an inviting atmosphere, showcasing the brand’s identity. The exterior’s colour scheme seamlessly continues inside to create a cohesive and immersive environment. The large entryway consists of glass doors that fold open to give more space for customers to enter through. 

The interior design revolves around the distinctive red and yellow colour palette, evoking a lively and energetic ambience. Walls and decor incorporate these bold colours to create a lively and engaging setting. Comfortable seating arrangements are thoughtfully placed throughout the dining area, ensuring a pleasant and relaxing dining experience for patrons. The ceiling consists of a yellow colour theme, contrasting with the walls that have white Herringbone Parquet patterned tiles and black tiles underneath. The service counter showcases red panelling, accompanied by a large yellow mesh push door for staff access. The in-house designers ensured a cohesive look that reflects the brand’s identity and creates a unique experience for customers.

The kitchen space is efficiently designed and fully equipped to facilitate the preparation and service of Spitz Kebabs’ delectable dishes. Modern kitchen equipment, functional layout, and high-quality materials were utilised to ensure seamless operations.
