Street Eats in Comfort
Welcome to P’Nut Street Noodles in Jamisontown, NSW, where the street doesn’t end at the door. Authentic Thai street eats is a feast for all senses, not just our tastebuds. This clever restaurant defit/fitout brings the much-loved elements of authentic street food experiences into the cosy comfort of a modern, Jamisontown restaurant.
Design elements with street-eats connotations such as bamboo detailing, exposed brick, authentic Thai street signs, decorative external pipes, and street flooring are tied together by bold splashes of the chain’s signature red colour. Red powder-coated surfaces, shiny red-tiled walls, and red seats bring this new build into the fold of existing P’Nut restaurants while giving it a distinctly unique character.
The stunning circular booths were custom made by three generations of joiners using “Relik” cladding, and the bamboo ceiling feature is made from Australian bamboo.
This restaurant fitout is a love declaration to those of us who love the bustle and sensation of authentic Thai street eats and is the proud work of Nat and Chris at Total Fitouts Penrith.
