Heath and the Total Fitouts Sunshine Coast South team have skillfully transformed an empty commercial space into a modern and serene commercial wellness & beauty fitout, setting the stage for K&C Nails, a premier nail salon serving the Mountain Creek area on the Sunshine Coast. The project was undertaken with the aim of creating a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere for clients seeking top-tier nail care and pampering.

K&C Nails is a first-class nail salon, dedicated to delivering exceptional nail care and beauty services to the community in the Mountain Creek area on the Sunshine Coast. Their commitment to excellence in nail treatments and relaxation is at the core of their brand.

The project encompassed a comprehensive redesign and fitout of the commercial space, including an entrance area, reception space, the main salon area, and essential back-of-house facilities. The interior design concept revolves around a harmonious colour palette featuring light timbers, soft beiges, and tasteful yellow-toned lighting. This combination was carefully selected to create a warm, modern and fresh ambience that aligns with the salon’s brand identity.

The front section of the commercial wellness and beauty fitout welcomes visitors with a distinctive custom blue signage element. Beyond this, a small seating space is thoughtfully designed, featuring a custom half-wall that adds an element of privacy and division to the area. Neutral tones are employed in the styling, contributing to the overall colour theme of the space. To the right, the reception area boasts white subway tiles with brass accents underneath, creating a striking contrast. The reception desk is adorned with an LED strip along the top and a sleek concrete slab countertop. A beautifully designed circular pendant light is suspended above the reception desk, adding both illumination and a modern aesthetic touch.

The salon area is designed to provide both comfort and functionality. It features attractive timber flooring that extends onto the back wall, creating a feature wall effect. High-quality nail salon massage chairs are thoughtfully placed within the space, accompanied by small wooden shelves designed to hold nail salon products. Toward the back of the room, a small sink area is installed, complete with an elegant white sink and drawers fitted with brass hardware. Another pendant light, echoing the pattern of the wooden feature wall, is strategically positioned to maintain design cohesion. Additionally, a rounded mirror and white tiling are incorporated into the splashback to enhance the modern and neutral aspects of the commercial wellness and beauty fitout.
