Head Over Heels

Head Over Heels, located in Christchurch, received a commercial retail fitout featuring stylish displays and an ‘all-class’ geometric commercial design. As the second of two stores, the Total Fitouts Christchurch team had specific design plans to follow, transforming this 135m² empty space into an upscale boutique.

For this unique retail fitout, Total Fitouts shopfit experts implemented concrete finish plaster systems (microtopping) on the floor and joinery unit, creating an effect where the central displays seem to emerge seamlessly from the floor. To capitalise on the location’s busy foot traffic, the commercial shopfitters collaborated closely with the client to design a striking shopfront, featuring stainless steel-wrapped front doors that catch the eye both day and night. The large shopfront windows provide a clear view of the chic interior, drawing customers in with a sense of openness.

Completed just in time, this stunning space boasts sleek finishes in an open, free-flowing layout. With its high-class boutique atmosphere and geometric commercial design, all desired aesthetics and functionality were achieved, leaving the clients thrilled and ready for business.

The commercial design elements of Head Over Heels create a sophisticated and inviting atmosphere. Inside, the white, crisp interior is enhanced by ample lighting, creating a bright and welcoming space. Marble tile flooring adds a touch of luxury, while the light beige-coloured shoe displays ensure cohesion throughout the store.

Floor-to-ceiling mirrors not only add to the spacious feel but also offer convenience for customers. White shelving on the walls of the commercial retail fitout provides additional display space, and track lighting is strategically placed to showcase the shoe merchandise, highlighting the high-quality products and enhancing the overall shopping experience.
