Not only is this Guzman Y Gomez the first in country Victoria, but it’s also the biggest Guzman Y Gomez in the state, so naturally this was an exciting fitout project for our Bendigo shopfitters and the client. Chasing an authentic Mexican look and feel, our shopfitting team individually laid Mexican and Italian imported tiles across the counter front and dine-in bench tables.
The festoon lighting and the Mexican and Italian imported tiles proved to be highly instrumental in setting the mood in this space adding that spark of fun that comes with Mexican food and culture.
This restaurant not only features a beautiful and comfortable dine-in area, but a take away waiting area and drive-thru facilities. The restaurant has a visible kitchen shown off behind glass windows adding to the excitement and atmosphere of the place. This epic taqueria also has a high spec sound system to create sound pockets in different areas of the room to further enhance the dining experience.
