Peter Zafis from Total Fitouts Surry Hills took this project very seriously and worked closely with the client to deliver a new shopping environment for this iconic butcher shop at Roselands Shopping Centre. “Our ability to interpret and visualise the client’s ideas and then deliver them in an outstanding fit-out is one of our key areas of expertise”, Peter says, “We tried to distance us from an ordinary meat retail set up by implementing a modern look of product presentation: We extended all displays in depth, applied powerful branding and display lightning, added playful decorative elements, and, as a special feature, we designed and built a dry-age cured meat section.” Working on an 180-degrees ankle customer service, sales, stocking and meat preparation can now happen at the same time observable to all meat lovers and their satisfaction.
