Nestled in the heart of Balmain, a thriving and up-and-coming neighbourhood, Dolly Acai specialises in serving up premium Acai bowls that are as nutritious as they are delicious.

The scope of the commercial fitout project encompassed both the commercial interior design and build phases, creating a single area that seamlessly integrates service and prep areas with a welcoming dining space. Despite the challenges of a short timeline and budget constraints, the commercial shopfit experts worked tirelessly to bring Dolly Acai to life in just a week and a half, ensuring it was ready to greet customers before the Christmas rush. The vision of the space was done by experienced in-house commercial designers within the Total Fitouts Surry Hills and Parramatta team to bring the clients vision to life.
