Total Fitouts 2025 International Conference – Noosa

This year, we were thrilled to host the International Conference 2025 in beautiful Noosa, Queensland. Over the course of three days, our community gathered to learn from industry experts and connect in this stunning coastal location. The interactive event was designed to help our valued partners reach new heights in the coming year.

DAY ONE

The Total Fitouts Conference kicked off on Day One with a 1:30PM check-in, where our franchise partners reconnected and got their itinerary for the days ahead. The welcome party truly set the tone for the week as we all transformed into pirates for a themed party aboard the Noosa Catalina! Everyone had a fantastic time and loved the pirate outfits and the stunning scenery of the Noosa River!

DAY TWO

Day Two of the Total Fitouts International Conference was packed with incredible insights and energy! We kicked off the day with our masterful MC, Joel Ozborn, who is back for another year! Having brilliantly hosted our last International Conference, he kept everyone entertained and laughing once again.

We also captured some iconic photos with our growing community.

The Franchise Partners were captivated by inspiring talks from speakers such as Billy Moore, Anthony Laye, Xavier Rousset from In Focus Workshop, and Michael Peterson from Pivotus.

We also had our Supplier Showdown from our valued suppliers Silverchef, Remer Mirrors Australia, Panellam, Stiebel Eltron Australia, OLG Office, Mission Technology Solutions, About Space Lighting and Benjamin & Benjamin—who shared how their services help our network thrive.

Throughout the day, Joel Osborn kept everyone on their toes with impromptu games and challenges, putting our Directors on the spot for some good-natured fun between sessions. It was a great way to keep the energy high and the entire community engaged. Thank you to Benjamin and Benjamin for sponsoring our conference day.

The day was full of learning, connection, and a bit of friendly competition. Everyone walked away with a wealth of new information, having a well-deserved night of rest before diving into the final day of the conference!

DAY THREE

Day Three of the Total Fitouts conference was a thrilling conclusion to an incredible few days. We started the day bright and early at 8:30AM with an “Amazing Race” style challenge, which saw our 10 teams competing in a series of fun and fast-paced activities to kick off the day.

After the adrenaline-fueled morning, we all headed to the Doonan for a well-deserved lunch. The scenery was as impressive as the food, with the stunning, lush hinterland views providing a perfect backdrop for our meal.

The afternoon continued with a “friendly” round of Par 3 golf at Noosa Hills Golf Course, where everyone had a chance to show off their skills—or lack thereof—in a relaxed and beautiful setting.

The day’s activities were capped off with a farewell party at El Capita Noosa, where we celebrated the end of a successful conference with great food, drinks, and plenty of laughs (and pizza). Thank you to Benjamin and Benjamin for sponsoring our adventure day and farewell party!

Overall, this year’s conference was a tremendous success for the Total Fitouts community, offering valuable insights for their business while also fostering meaningful connections and relationships.
